2013 Recruitment Week Schedule



Saturday, August 10



10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Potential Members Check-in - Residence Hall TBA

10:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Move into Potential Member Housing
1:30 p.m. All visitors must be out of the residence hall and potential members must remain in Residence Hall
2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. General Meeting
5:00 p.m. Open House Parties Begin (3 parties - 45 minutes each with 15 minutes between rounds)
 

​Sunday, August 11
10:30 a.m. Attend church of your choice with recruitment counselors - bring church clothes
5:00 p.m. Philanthropy Parties Begin (3 parties - 45 minutes each with 15 minutes between rounds)
 

​Monday, August 12
5:00 p.m.  Skit Parties Begin (2 parties - 75 minutes each with 15 minutes between rounds)
 

​Tuesday, August 13
5:00 p.m. Preference Parties Begin (2 parties - 75 minutes each with 15 minutes between rounds)
8:00 p.m. Preferential Card Signing

 

Wednesday, August 14

 

Membership Invitations Issued - Time and Place to be announced. All potential members accepting bids will attend a Bid Day Party with their respective sororities. Time and Place to be announced. An overnight function will be a part of the Bid Day activities, so be prepared to spend the night. Thursday, August 15 Formal New Member Recruitment Officially Ends 8:00 a.m. All in attendance may leave at this time.
